Comfort Inn & Suites Jackson - West Bend

The room we stayed in was spacious for holding 2 queen beds. The carpets are worn, the trim in the bathroom is rusted and worn, the tub did not hold water. I had to use a wash cloth to try to slow the flow in order to take a bath, but it was still losing water so fast I needed to add more every few mins to keep enough to bathe. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they were functioning. Breakfast was well attended to and plentiful. There were eggs, sausage and waffles too choose from for warm dishes. Toast, boxed doughnuts, cereal and fruit along with beverages as well.

The good first - location is easy to access, the staff was very friendly and courteous, as of May 2023 the hotel is pet-friendly, and they have a large dog area. The room and hotel was in average good condition. Bed was softer than I like, but comfortable. Pillows were a bit smaller than I'm used to, but also comfortable. The room with a single king bed was very large. If you need a quick dinner Culver's is next door. Bathroom was tiny and the passive ventilation didn't work well. The stairwell also smelled of cigarette smoke, but it's possible it was smoke from the foreat fires that was entering and concentrating in the stairwell. Recommend staying here if you need an affordable pet friendly room.

Very impressed by this hotel! It's so convenient, located right at 2 highways, and the price was very reasonable, but the cleanliness, amenities, and service were that of a much more expensive space. I've stayed at many hotels for about the same price that were, frankly, gross. Not here! The desk attendant was friendly, the lobby is welcoming, the pool is nice and has long hours, and our suite was huge, comfortable, and clean, with a wet bar, fridge, couch, and desk in addition to the bed and TV. Pets are allowed for a $25 fee, which is about as low as I've seen. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The waffle was good! I'd happily stay here again.

Bedside are comfy! Room was a bit small with 2 queen beds but clean. Needs a little bit more for breakfast options sausage cold every morning. Decent set up though I would stay again!

The rooms are pretty decent if you have a heater than isn’t noisy every time it kicks in. The pool room was freezing with the Frozen Tundra cold weather. There was ice and snow around the doors and windows. I needed my winter coat just to sit in the room. My kids didn’t care and still went swimming. The lobby was very cold with the doors opening. The fireplace could have been working and provided extra heat. The breakfast was pretty decent. There were eggs, sausage, and a whole LOT of carbs. I would not personally stay here again in the winter months. The hallways were even pretty cold.

Rooms were spotless and surroundings are quiet even though it is beside a 4 lane highway.

Very quiet for a hotel, has a nice cohesive flow floorplan, friendly staff, large rooms, some rooms have jacuzzi, great breakfast options (donuts, mini muffins, waffle maker, hot coffee, lemon water, juice dispenser etc..)all vending machines worked. The pool area was nice, and clean towels were always stocked. Jacuzzi temperature was hot, which is a bonus in my book. The pool was a nice temperature as well. Can't beat the price. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. And a culvers is right across the street.

Perfect for trips to Grafton and West Bend. The handicap room was great! Very big, lower bed, grab bars all over the bathroom, and excellent shower setup. Not sure if they have a shower chair but mine for easily. Room was a pool suite so it did get a little noisy but I had ear plugs. Room was also dog friendly! Very clean overall with tons of parking. Free breakfast is your basic stuff but they had biscuits and gravy one morning which was really good!! There's a Culver's, Domino's, subway etc within walking distance too so plenty to eat. Staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I needed a tool to fix my wheelchair and they had one! First floor was a little too fragrant with air fresheners in the hallway but I wasn't out there for long. Finally, nice lobby seating area with a fireplace
